Ordering from our wholesale catalog
- Approved wholesale customers can browse the wholesale catalog at www.basketsofafrica.com/wp/wholesale-catalog
- You will receive an assorted selection from what we have on hand.
- Your order will normally be shipped within 5 business days, Tuesday – Friday. Sometimes order shipping may be delayed due to Cael’s travel schedule, so it’s best to order with plenty of lead time.
- For shipping outside the United States, please contact us directly to discuss possibilities.
- Secure online payment via credit card and PayPal. Please contact us to arrange payment by money order, check, or wire transfer. We do not ship COD. We do not offer net terms.
- If you prefer, you can order from our wholesale catalog via email, phone or fax. Please contact us, we’ll be glad to help!
Guarantee
We guarantee satisfaction with your orders. If you are not 100% satisfied with all items in your order, simply return any items in original condition within 10 days for a credit, exchange, or refund. However, we cannot accept returns that are not arranged within 10 days of receipt of your order. Please check your order closely when you receive it and make sure you look through all the packing materials.
Shipping
We now offer FREE SHIPPING for our wholesale customers in the contiguous 48 United States. We will choose the best ground shipping option for you – UPS or US Postal Service.
We need at least 5 business days to ship your order and some order shipping may be delayed further by Cael’s travel schedule. Be sure to order early. UPS Ground takes 2-6 business days (after shipping) depending on how close your address is to our location in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
Sales territories
We do our very best not to accept new accounts in your town or zip code without first checking with you to see if that account would infringe on your existing customer base.
Price changes
We try not to raise prices unless absolutely necessary. There are many factors beyond our control, such as foreign currency exchange rates, shipping costs, inflation in Africa, fuel surcharges, and many other unpredictable circumstances that may force a price increase. We are committed to raising prices as little as possible and only as needed. Price changes can occur without notice. Please check our website for current pricing.
Style changes
All basket styles, shapes, and sizes are subject to availability. Styles available for wholesale can change at any time without notice.
Wholesale resources
We provide free downloadable PDF files for hang tags, store or table displays, and customer handouts with detailed information about the baskets and the basket weavers. If you need something else, please let us know, sometimes we can find additional resources in our archives.
